For us Chiptune fans June was a very good month. Thanks to Aaron White amazing talent, we have been treated to some excellent C64 to Amiga conversions of some really classic 8-bit titles. And to end the month, Aaron has released his third disk of tunes.
As with all previous releases, all tunes have been converted from their C64 counterparts and all have been re-created in Protracker on an A1200 in Aarons usual style and flare. Yet again the selection of games that he has chosen is superb and when you hear Pacland and New Zealand Story (two of my favourite themes) you can’t help but be amazed by the talent Aaron has got for this.
This will be the last release for a while now, as Aaron feels that he needs a break to get back to playing some of these classic games. I for one don’t blame him, as with the work he has done the guy needs a rest. Enjoy some gaming Aaron, you have earned it.
