It is official…Destiny is the most pre-ordered IP in history. And being September 9th the game is out and ready for gamers to become legends. Winning over 180 awards and being popular amongst celebrities like, Olympic medallist Anthony Joshua, Rapper Professor Green and England Rugby star Danny Care, were all at the star-studded launch party on London’s South Bank.
Eric Hirshberg, CEO of Activision Publishing Inc said “Destiny has been a labour of love and a remarkable creative journey for everyone at Activision and Bungie.” While Bungie President, Harold Ryan also said “Destiny is the game we’ve always wanted to make.”
In addition there is also the Expansion Pass available to purchase. This will bring gamers two new missions that will ensure the universe of Destiny lives on for a good while after launch. The pass is available to purchase for a RRP of £34.99.
Destiny is available now for PS4, PS3, Xbox One, and Xbox 360.
